About Us

Until I was 27, I hated mornings. I felt groggy, uninspired and stiff. I would press the snooze button until I knew I was already running late. The idea of being a morning person was unthinkable for me.

​And then one day I found myself at rock bottom and I had a stroke of inspiration – maybe if I took control of mornings, then I could also take control of my life.

Each week, 3x 15-minute recorded videos are uploaded to guide your mornings — perfect before or after the live 7am session or if you miss one!

Monthly Audit

At the end of each month, we host our Monthly Morning Audit — a live workshop (with replay) designed to reset your morning habits and keep you inspired.

Each session is 15 minutes on Zoom, Monday – Friday at 7:00am UK time. You’ll be guided through:

🌞 A short meditation and breath-work practice
🌞 Gentle yoga-based movement (taking you from seated/lying to standing – designed to wake up your body, not exhaust it – no experience necessary!)
🌞 A daily affirmation to set your mindset for the day

Plus, our Members Area has a Resource Hub with journalling prompts and other handy tools, and a Morning Toolkit featuring 3 x 15-minute videos on movement, meditation, and motivation – perfect to use before or after the live session for extra morning inspiration.

Morning Motivation Club is built on methods I’ve been practising and refining for almost 5 years . I’ve researched every study, book, podcast, blog… everything I could get my hands on. I’ve then tested everything from science-backed formulas to more spiritual approaches – and the results completely transformed my mornings (and my life!)
Now, I’m on a mission to share these tools with others, because if they truly work. Mornings are now my favourite part of the day and that was definitely not my reality 5 years ago…
